Does TaxScanZA receive client documents?
Scanning and document processing happen on the device. Clients choose where to share exported files. Please do not send client documents or personal tax information in feedback to us.
Does it submit returns or replace my review?
No. TaxScanZA helps prepare documents. Your practice still checks completeness, accuracy and the requirements for the relevant submission. TaxScanZA is independent from SARS and does not provide tax advice.
Can I give feedback on the workflow?
If Nathan introduced TaxScanZA by email, reply to that email with your feedback or a suitable time to talk. Describe the workflow using examples without client information.
